General Terms & Conditions

Reservation and Payment:
When booking the accommodation, a deposit of 30% of the total price is due. The booking is confirmed on the condition that the deposit is received in our business account within 7 days of the booking date. The remaining balance of the agreed amount must be transferred to our business account no later than one month before arrival. If the booking is made within these timeframes, the payment terms will be agreed upon separately.

Cancellation Policy:
The generally applicable cancellation guidelines of the Austrian Hotel and Accommodation Contract Conditions (ÖHVB) apply.

• up to 3 months before arrival: free cancellation
• up to 1 month before the arrival date: 40% of the total arrangement price
• up to 1 week before the arrival date: 70% of the total arrangement price
• during the last week before the arrival date: 90% of the total arrangement price

Arrival and Departure:
Check-in from 3:00 PM, check-out by 10:00 AM.
